The newly-invigorated area is located east of Indian Canyon Dr. to Sunrise and extends from Tamarisk So. To Alejo. Most of the homes are white-stuccoed, terra-cotta-tiled Spanish estates built during the thirties. It is in a resurgence as new residents attempt to restore the area to its lustrous shine.
